Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read each section before confirming

Baby-led approach: Sessions are always led by your baby. If your baby shows signs of distress or no longer wants a massage, you must stop immediately and respect their wishes.

No refund policy: All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including illness, change of plans, or personal circumstances.

No make-up sessions: If you miss a class for any reason, sessions cannot be made up on another day, time or at another session. However, upon request Cosmos & Holly will share that particular week's online class stock recording.

By booking you also agree that: you are the parent or legal guardian; your baby is at least 8 weeks old and not yet crawling or walking; you will not attend if your baby is unwell or has had an immunisation within the past 48–72 hours; you are responsible for your baby's safety at all times.

I declare that the information I have given about myself, any person accompanying me, and my baby is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have responsibility for the health and wellbeing of my child during and after sessions and will carry out any massage within the guidelines presented by the instructor, observing any contraindications as advised. I consent to receiving baby massage instruction from Cosmos & Holly, Harriet-Rose Rutherford-Ellis.
